Positive: Fabulous location (if a little difficult to find), clean, comfortable and well stocked.
Negative: Couldn’t get aircon or lights/sockets in the bed area to work and there was only one blind at one window…,,Also only one small light in the bathroom. There was a tower fan but it was not really suitable to cool the place down. Couldn’t see in the bathroom in the evening and it was extremely warm in the property until it got dark. Can’t imagine what it must be like in summer. We did get in touch with the property managers through Booking.com and were told on numerous occasions that someone would be round to check on these issues but no one ever arrived and I’m afraid it spoilt an otherwise fabulous stay.

Positive: Everything, from the beautiful apt. with the bedroom view of the Plymouth Monument to everything needed from coffee maker, to a full kitchen. The the beautiful front deck to enjoy sitting and relaxing with a cup of coffee to a glass of wine later a glass of wine!! Location was awesome!!!
Negative: The directions to the apt need to be more clarified. I actually went to a place next door and thought that was where I was staying. Vasca came to the rescue with their local rep. finding me in 5 minutes and took me to the correct place, he said when he 1st checked the place he could not find it either! It is off Commercial St., behind the stores so if you are on Commercial itself, you won't see it. Also, parking...at the Church is was 20.00 for over night parking, there are only 2 overnight lots I found, it does add up as an extra expense. At the very least, you should let your clients know where to find parking and the price so they are more prepared.
Summary: It was honestly beyond my expectations...

Positive: quirky, but appreciate for the area, relatively big space. seemed well equipped for a stay.
Negative: i got there after dark, and it was dark, was hard to find and confusing with address given. door knocking and store clerk questioning was no help. finally a tenant, think name Will, llooked at photo of apartment and recognized the cross wood hatch work on the upper porch he could see from his pace and showed me up dark path past his property. with better air conditioner and shades on the three main skylights you could keep it much cooler, and when air conditioner condenser kicked in it was disturbing. tried to stop the grind and rattle and saw air filter was so dirty you could not see light through it, so washed that and put back hoping that would help with circulation, living room fan when i got there read 87 degrees. light switches was big challenge to discover, if at all, can the light in bath room be switched off, couldn’t find switch.no lights on inside when i got there about 9:30 pm, except in bathroom. i am 6’2” and the height of the ceiling in the space is against the wall down the middle but there were the pieces of furniture along that wall from kitchen to bedroom. you could have put those under the lower part of roof and still have their access but with out the ducking and dodging the roof on you need to do to walk around the pieces agains wall. that’s enough thoughts on maybe some tweaks. but really need to work on little diagram, map to get there first. women i called with questions was really no help with description, even had her talking to Will, and he couldn’t follow. finally gave up, never was a follow up call from anyone to see what happened or if i found it or not.

Positive: Great central location. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Easy to check in and out. Great natural light and views.
Negative: No hair dryer. We had to watch our heads, as ceilings were slanted. Finding the light switch for the bathroom sink light was hard. (It's outside the bathroom door.)
Summary: We'd stay again!
